Obra de sensibilização para a causa Outubro Rosa.
Esta obra teve como ponto de partida o cruzamento entre duas matérias orgânicas, a madeira e o corpo humano, que por serem ambas duas matérias tão naturais e frágeis, requerem mais cuidado e atenção.
A pergunta: “Quantas camadas de resistências existem na fragilidade?”, surge de serem muitas vezes as matérias orgânicas as mais resistentes e as que sobrevivem mais determinadamente na sua fragilidade.
Artisticamente, esta obra seguiu a naturalidade da madeira e dos seus veios, criando assim uma ligação com o corpo humano, também ele uma forma orgânica, natural e com as suas diferentes composições.
🖼️ A obra foi doada e acolhida pelo Ipo de Lisboa, e encontra-se exposta em permanência no Corredor de acesso à Clínica da Mamã, no Pavilhão Central.
Não podia estar mais feliz por ver a minha obra ser tão bem acolhida numa casa rodeada de empatia, dedicação e amor. 💖 Agradeço a toda equipa do Ipo de Lisboa, em especial à administração e ao gabinete de comunicação.
O dia de inauguração foi um dia muito feliz e que ficará guardado na minha memória por muito tempo, especialmente por ter decorrido no Dia Nacional de Prevenção do Cancro da Mama.💖✊🏻

Awareness Artwork for the Pink October Cause
This piece began with the intersection of two organic materials: wood and the human body. Because both are natural and fragile, they require greater care and attention.
The question “How many layers of resilience exist within fragility?” arises from the fact that organic materials are often the most resilient — the ones that persist with the greatest determination despite their vulnerability.
Artistically, this work followed the wood’s natural flow and grain, creating a connection with the human body, itself an organic and natural form with its own unique compositions.
🖼️ The artwork was donated to and welcomed by IPO de Lisboa, where it is now on permanent display in the access corridor to the Breast Clinic, in the Central Pavilion.
I couldn’t be happier to see my piece so warmly received in a place filled with empathy, dedication, and love. 💖 My thanks to the entire team at IPO de Lisboa, especially the administration and the communication office.
The inauguration day was incredibly special and one I will remember for a very long time — particularly because it took place on the National Breast Cancer Prevention Day. 💖✊🏻
